It's hard letting go of things. I see it every day in my work with clients. We hold on to things because we're afraid to let go - of the past, of the memory, of the very story the possession holds for us. There are many ways, though, to hold on to all those things without creating clutter in our lives.
As I continue the conversation with Jen, she hits on letting go. In this clip, she will share how surprised she was at how easy I made it for her, how she was able to let me hold those memories and stories for her, the shift she made in how she viewed her possessions, and how we found new ways to use things that haven't been used in a long time.
